Our beautiful flower farm, tucked into the tranquil Iowa countryside, is the ideal setting for private farm-to-table dinners, engagement or anniversary celebrations, wedding or baby showers, birthday parties, reunions, and other small gatherings. $150/per person + tax. Up to 50 guests, minimum 20 guests.
50% deposit required at booking, balance due 14 days prior to event. Includes: private access to the farm for 3 hours, custom 4 course menu prepared by an award winning chef using locally sourced ingredients. Beautiful dinner table settings with floral decor, Sonos sound system, optional guided flower farm tour, access to our open-air pavilion and 30'x50' climate-controlled barn, plus private access to the Cottage Garden, custom-built Willow Cottage, gorgeous show gardens and colorful, abundant cut flower fields. Includes: Welcome mocktail, iced water, and a delicious nibble board. Exclusive access to Bochner Farms flower fields, climate-controlled barn, open-air pavilion, cottage and show gardens. Guided flower farm and garden walking tour with Q&A. Private u-pick experience with instructions on flower cutting technique and bouquet design. Create your own bouquet to take home, choosing your vessel from assortment available in our Flower Studio. The perfect escape!

Available on Tuesday evenings, based on availability.
Includes: Exclusive access to Bochner Farms flower fields, climate-controlled barn, open air pavilion, cottage, and show gardens. Guests will receive a pint jar with water, and instruction on flower harvest technique. Stroll through our show gardens and socialize while you cut yourself a bouquet of fresh flowers to take home. Complimentary lemonade and iced water will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks as well. Flower-filled memories await!
Deposit required to reserve your date - 50% at booking (refundable until 90 days prior to event, non-refundable thereafter). Balance due 14 days prior to event.
Event booking agreement form must be signed at time of booking to reserve your date.
Maximum guests for events - 50 people.
The farm and flower gardens are our private property and our home, so we ask that all property be treated with respect and care.
Floral Decor - please no outside florals. We are happy to provide floral decor for tables, pricing will be dependent upon your floral selections.
The Bloom Bar - our mobile flower trailer - can be set up at your event to make it extra special.
Food & Catering - outside food/catering is permitted, but must be approved in advance. We don't have kitchen facilities at Bochner Farms, but we do allow the Studio to be used as food prep and staging. All set up, service and clean up must be done by you or your caterer (except for private farm to table dinners utilizing one of our chef partners).
Alcoholic Beverages - Depending on the event, we may require alcoholic beverages to be served by a licensed bartending service and approved in advance by Bochner Farms.
Decorations - the venue is beautiful, so minimal additional decor should be needed. If you plan to bring in decorations, all decor must be approved in advance. We don't allow nails, thumbtacks, glitter, staples, or duct tape in the Event Barn, Pavilion, Willow Cottage, Cottage Garden or Studio. Absolutely no open flame permitted anywhere on the property.
Optional clean up service - must be selected at time of booking, $150/hour (1 hour minimum).
Children - we love having children visit the farm, however, we ask that all children be in the company of an adult at all times while on the property.
Smoking - we are a non-smoking property except in designated outdoor areas.
Clean up - All items brought into the farm must be removed by the end of your event. This includes all trash, boxes, packaging. Tables must be wiped down and trash emptied. All set up and clean up must take place during your rental timeframe. Early arrival and late departure will be invoiced for an overtime fee of $350/hour.
